President / CEO

Will Nunez

Wilfrido Nunez began his career path working for Western Beef Supermarket. Although he had not been given the title of supervisor, Wilfrido was responsible for overseeing many operations, including the grocery, receiving, and maintenance departments. While he was working in the grocery department, a manager from Big Geyser noticed Wilfrido’s work ethic. He offered Wilfrido a merchandiser position which he accepted. From 2006 to 2009, Wilfrido’s responsibility was to merchandise various chain supermarkets in New York City. During his tenure, he quickly became their most valuable merchandiser.

After three years of working for Big Geyser, Wilfrido was offered a position as a sales merchandiser from O.N.E Natural Experience. Once again, Wilfrido proved to be a great asset to their company by "increasing sales and momentum". Wilfrido’s leadership lead O.N.E to become one of the top sellers of “Coconut Water” in Whole Foods Market’s north east region.

In 2012, Wilfrido received another offer, this time from Powercoco, to take the role of regional sales manager. His position entailed the entire responsibility of promoting, securing, and increasing sales. Wilfrido oversaw all aspects of sales for Powercoco, including sales, merchandising, installation and upkeep of demos, as well as using techniques such as guerilla marketing and handling products in the street to promote Powercoco.

Wilfrido then received an offer from Coco Libre to take on the position of becoming their regional sales manager focusing in Whole Foods Markets in the North East region, which he accepted. Wilfrido asserted himself as the best of the best by planning, strategic year promotions, and punctual deliveries with his Coco Libre team, as well as his Rainforest Team. Wilfrido was able to elevate Coco Libre’s sales from $300,000 to $1,200,000. Quadrupling Coco Libre’s sales is a difficult task for anyone to accomplish, but Wilfrido’s dedication and perseverance lead him to success. It entailed a “no day’s off” mentality, as well as extremely long work hours, but the best results and the greatest service demand this.Due to his success and relentless work ethic with Coco Libre, Wilfrido was able to build rapport with Whole Foods Market in the north east region.
